If you’ve been curious about Ashtanga Yoga but weren’t sure how or where to begin, this four-week course is the perfect place to start.
Taught by Audrey Rose, this series breaks down the first half of the Ashtanga Primary Series in a way that feels accessible, supportive, and grounding. Each class is an hour long and focuses on breath, movement, and the building blocks of the sequence, building it one portion at a time. This way you can begin to move with confidence and clarity.
Ashtanga is known for its rhythm, structure, and ability to deepen focus and awareness, it is truly a moving meditation. There are many details and postures but you don’t need to have it all figured out to start. In fact, that’s the whole point of this course and the Ashtanga method: learning one step at a time, to help you feel comfortable and capable when entering any Ashtanga room, whether your future is exploring a Mysore practice or to join a led class.

Explore how to come into, be in and exit a seated posture with ease
