Living in Loving Awareness: Finding Refuge in the Teachings of Ram Dass

November 8th, 3-6 pm

with Noah Hoffeld

Loving awareness is the essence of who we are, and we can learn to live from this open, joyful, and relaxed state.

Noah Hoffeld, cellist with Krishna Das, studied privately with Ram Dass in his later years. In this experiential afternoon, he shares the life-changing lessons he learned directly from this beloved teacher. Through music, meditation, and powerful group processes, Noah guides us in making the profound, heart-opening wisdom of Ram Dass our own—helping us live with more joy, navigate difficult times with grace, and transform our lives from the inside out.

Early Registration Special - ends Oct 20 - $45 | Regular Rate $60

A couple of scholarships are available for those with need. Please write contact@noahhoffeld.com

Add on’s to make this a full afternoon of practices:

2pm Yoga with Bibi Lorenzetti

An open invitation to join Bibi, owner of Newburgh Yoga Shala, for a 45 minute Yoga practice before the dharma portion of our afternoon together. We will move through an open level mindfully threaded together sequence, with the goal to prepare the physical and subtle body to receive the teachings and sit with more ease for meditation and Kirtan. You can expect a gentle warm up, followed by a few heating sun salutations - with modifications for all bodies, a strengthening but accessible to all standing sequence, a steading seated portion and end with some gentle grounding pranayama and rest.

7pm Kirtan with Angela Hassan, Noah Hoffeld & Friends - by donation
