Taught by Lauren Capul and Kristen Ogonowski, this 6-week course is the perfect place to start if you are new to yoga. During the classes, you’ll learn the core principles of yoga and practice the fundamental yoga postures, each session building on the previous week’s class. You will learn how to modify the most commonly practiced poses for your ability or body type, in a friendly, non-intimidating environment. 

At the end of the series you will feel confident enough  to join our open level classes. By signing up you will receive a free week of unlimited yoga classes to help you practice what you’ve learned and try out all of our teachers.
